Our outside got a facelift yesterday and it looks fabulous. We had been struggling with water drainage in the (very) narrow spot between our small patio area and the laurels that line the property on Reems Creek Rd. It was a muddy mess everytime it rained and even more challenging when taking the dog out. I spoke to Crissy from Landmark Landscapes on Monday as she and staff were looking at the issue and she advises that they were going to remove an existing drain from the gutter downspout and extend the drainpipe to more desirable outlet and then mulch the whole area since nothing can take hold and grow there.  Little did I relize this would be done 24 hours later.  Kudos to all. Landmark is as exceptional as your property management skills and service. Than You!  PS – Shrubs were also shaped beautifully.
